I've used Trillian on and off through the years and the one thing that has stayed the same is that they keep on improving it. Trillian now supports more chat services than ever. It's also one of the few clients that also supports IRC chats. If you are like me and you belong to Yahoo!, MSN, AIM, ICQ, and a few others, you'll appreciate the ability to have them all open at once without your computer slowing down from the heavy load.
