Silent Runner - list all the auto run programs and bho's

Silent Runner is a visual basic script that creates a very detailed list of all the programs that start silently when your PC starts. I'm usually very cautious about using VB scripts, but I found this one is safe to use. It makes no changes to the PC and only creates the single list file when it runs.
