Editors PSPad - html and programming text editor
I had tried PSPad out a few months ago and I thought it was very good. They've updated and added even more features. Now this programmer's editor is ready to sit on the front porch with the big dogs. It's not a WYSIWYG editor but it's got a great integrated instant preview that allows me to quickly view the page in different screen sizes.
