Outlook Express Tweaker -
change hidden settings in OEHere's a nice little tool for tweaking some
of OE's hidden settings. I especially liked the block list editor.

this handy utility customizing the hidden Outlook Express settings becomes
a snap.
Another useful feature of OE Tweaker is a Blocked Senders list
editor. Filtering and columns sorting make it so much easier to find and
remove an email address of an accidentally blacklisted friend when the
list has few hundred entries.
