Vector based graphic editorBased on what I've seen in my brief trial,
Expression 3 can do for vector based graphics what PSP does for raster
based graphics. Vector graphics allows you to easily manipulate and resize
images that you add or import with no loss of detail. Now here's the
kicker. Microsoft bought the software and is offering it as
freeware. It's a 57mb download of pure image editing power at no cost.
