about the best anti-spyware.
I can't side with just any one program and call it "the best". It seems that we will always need several applications to perform the huge task of protecting our PC's and removing the various "scumware" we somehow accumulate. I think people need to be educated about how well "security programs" work together - they're like friends. There will never be a perfect program that can "do it all". Software changes as often as the stock market prices, and I refuse to spend hundreds of dollars to protect my PC. There will always be good freeware to perform the same tasks. I think the best we can do is to update and run the top freeware programs. I try to stay informed by using www.changedetection.com to monitor webpages, security sites, or lists and polls.
